These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we sell goods — those are agreed separately, in writing, for each order.

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This website is published by Geocel Industries (PET packaging) and Geocel Marketing (non-woven and technical textiles), two separate and independent businesses, both of Avoly P.O., Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala 686670, India. In these terms “we” and “us” mean whichever of the two you deal with. The site describes the material lines we manufacture and supply and how to reach us. It is an informational and enquiry channel only — it is not a shop, and no order can be placed or concluded through it.
Each entity contracts on its own account. An order accepted by one does not bind the other, and neither is liable for the obligations of the other.
3. No offer, and no contract formed here
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions, specifications, capabilities, lead times and availability are indicative and may change without notice. A binding contract arises only when we accept your order in writing, on the commercial terms agreed for that order.
4. Product and specification information
We take care to describe our products accurately, but material specifications must be confirmed by us in writing for your specific application before you rely on them. Photographs are illustrative and may not depict the exact article supplied. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself that a material is fit for your intended use.

You may view this site and print or download extracts for your own business evaluation. You may not copy or republish it commercially, scrape or harvest it by automated means, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, introduce malicious code, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it.

The design, text, layout, graphics and code of this site belong to Geocel Industries and Geocel Marketing, or to their licensors, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. The Geocel name and mark may not be used without our written permission.
Third-party names and marks appearing on this site — including machinery manufacturers and the brands we represent or stock — remain the property of their respective owners. They are used to describe our equipment and product range factually, and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement of this website by those owners.
7. Enquiries you send us
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that what you send us is accurate and that you are authorised to send it on behalf of the company you name.

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
9. Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or these terms.
